I wish I were a kid again…

Don’t you? Last October 2011, I attended Kaelin’s 1st Birthday Party which was organized hands-on by her mom Kit. From the set up of the venue, the candy bar (my favorite!), the customized invitations, the stacked cupcakes, activity booths, and food carts, it was truly memorable. I must say the adults enjoyed it more than Kaelin!

i fell in love with Ilocos after a trip last January.  i love all things vintage, and this city has that in almost every corner.  every structure has a story behind it and i’m glad that they were preserved.  only 1.5 hours from Manila via plane, this city is a must-see.

i wish there was autumn in the Philippines.

i used to have Lens Babies but i only shot with them once.  i bought them for the dreamy effect they produced but i didn’t know the controls were so manual! i was only able to take a few decent shots with them then gave up.

On most occasions, I hate taking pictures in low light.  Flash is not my bestfriend either.  But I was surprised that this did not turn bad at all.  This was the view of Manila Bay from the Manila Ocean Park.  i wish every photographic opportunity were like this one!

These were taken at Clark, Pampanga after the Annual Hot Air Balloon Festival. It was only 7AM then, and the light was gorgeous. I loved the unconventional Church with the blue roof and all. And yeah, Crocs were so in back in 2008. :p

It’s about time I started this…

i’ve always had a blog since college but i never got to update frequently. probably because i’m not much of a writer. so when i got hooked with taking pictures (i don’t want to use photography as i’m really not much of a photographer ;)), i thought why not start a photo-blog? since i’m not really that good with putting my thoughts into beatiful and profound sentences, i’ll just let the pictures tell the story.

some of these were taken way waaay back when i first started with a canon 400d then “downgraded” to an olympus e-pl2. here’s to having this blog as updated as possible!
